We explain each part of the process to you as we work our way through the home, answer any questions that you may have about the operating systems of the home and provide you with a written copy of the inspection.  We also provide you with a copy of The Home Reference Book, a 300+ page book published by Carson Dunlop and Associates Ltd., a recognized leader in the home inspection field in Canada.   Energy Assessments - SG Inspections is contracted with GreenSaver to offer eco-energy assessments for single family homes and multi-unit residential buildings.  We also perform energy assessments on large scale buildings and structures. Environmental Testing and Analysis - Homeowners have often asked us how to determine whether there are dangerous substances in their homes that are making them feel sick and potentially jeopardizing the health of their family.  SG Inspections Inc. has partnered with government licensed laboratories to offer a wide range of environmental testing options for our clients.   We are able to test for a variety of substances including air quality, mould, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, VOC's, vermiculite as well as complete spectrum water testing.  Please contact us for further details at 519-852-7253.
