PLEASE NOTE— Visual inspection and understanding by the client is an important component of the home inspection. The clients’ education and understanding of the new property is essential. For this reason, it is important that the client be present for the inspection. If the client cannot be present, the client should ensure that someone representing the clients interests be present at the home inspection, such as a realtor or family member.
An additional administrative fee may also apply to cover additional production costs for documentation being sent to the client who does not personally attend the home inspection.
